For your Colao’ to be always fresh, we roast to order 

Shipping via USPS, Monday-Thursday

(orders received after Thurs 3pm will be processed the following Monday)

Please allow 1-3  business days to process your order

Dispatching your Colao’ is our most profound triumph on this journey, we give all of our love and effort into it for the hope of you enjoying every sip of it. 

Regrettably we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. If for some reason you are not happy with your Colao’, please contact us. We are here to make this work for you.

Incorrect Address/Returned in the Mail Policy:

We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses. At your request, we will happily re-ship the order if it is returned in the mail, but we will charge an additional fee as payment for shipping costs.
